Sony increases Playstation Vue prices by $5 a month

We have some bad news for PlayStation Vue customers now, as Sony has announced that as of August moving forward PlayStation Vue package prices are going to increase by $5 a month.

The change will come into affect officially on July 24 2018 and will affect the PlayStation Vue Access, Core, Elite and Ultra packages.

If you are a current subscriber, Sony has told customers that the changes will be reflected on your bills after July 31 and said that the reason for the price increase was to ‘keep pace with rising business costs’.

As you can imagine though, current subscribers are not too happy about this as you can see from some of the feedback we picked out on Twitter.

Is this the end of your PlayStation Vue subscription for you, or do you feel that the service warrants a $5 increase per month?
