Details on Google TV has now started to intensify, not only do we know the price and design of the Logitech version, but we also got the chance to see a controller from Sony for their upcoming device. However, we now have details on Sony’s Google TV.
The Japanese consumer electronics maker is all set to offer official details on pricing and what size TV’s they will be launching, Stan M from Sony Insider already has that information for you. There are to be four models, the NSX-24GT1, NSX-32GT1, NSX-40GT1, and NSX-46GT1.
The size of these screens is self explanatory in the model numbers, but the price details are a little different. Stan has only managed to learn the prices for three of the models. The 32-inch will cost $1299.99, the 40-inch $1499.99, and finally the 46-inch Sony Google TV is expected to cost $1899.99.
For those who already own a good enough HDTV, then we would advise spending the $300 for the Logitech Google TV. This is just a set-top box like Apple TV — yet more rivalry between the two then.
