Sony Ericsson XPERIA X8: Android Smartphone Specs and Photo

It seems as if Sony Ericsson are trying to cover all bases when it comes to Android-based smartphones, they have recently revealed the Sony Ericsson XPERIA X8, this particular handset should be a decent option in the mid-range market.

Full details are not currently known. however it should have a display of between 3 and 3.5 inches and a 5 megapixel camera, IntoMobile suggest that it will feature a processor of around 600MHz, therefore shouldn’t be too much of a slouch.

The XPERIA X8 is still under development and is code-named Shakira, it will apparently combine it’s Android OS with the X10 Mini’s UI rather than Sony Ericsson’s Timescape UI.

As we find out more regarding the X8’s specs, release date and price we will keep you posted, for more details check out the source link below.
