Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 Mini: Clears FCC, Release Date Soon?

If you have been thinking about purchasing the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 lately you may want to have a re-think, this is because a new handset called the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 Mini has recently been cleared by the FCC.

Information regarding this handset is currently quite confusing, from what we can see there will be an Xperia X10 Mini and an Xperia X10 Mini Pro, both handsets run Android 1.6 and feature QVGA displays, also they will feature GPS, WiFi and a 5 megapixel camera. The only difference we currently know off is that the Pro version features a slide-out QWERTY keyboard.

If you are looking to buy the handset you will probably have to wait a while, carriers are currently unconfirmed, however Rogers are a pretty safe bet, as we hear more useful information we will keep you posted, for further details check out the link below.
