Skyrim Skywind mod release update

We have some fantastic news for those of you playing Skyrim on PC who are still patiently waiting for the epic Skywind mod release date. A new build of the game is available, with the creators releasing fresh gameplay showing how beautiful Morrowind looks running on the Skyrim engine.

We first told you about this mod in progress back in January, but now we can see that the game is looking a lot better than when we first saw it. The graphics look absolutely beautiful and you have to sit back and think that this is a mod we are talking about – developed fully outside of Bethesda’s team.

Unfortunately, Skywind still isn’t available for public release, but the new gameplay should give you the confidence you need to see that it is going to be well worth the wait when it is finally out.

We do know that there will be a ‘developer release’ soon, but again details will be revealed at a later date. For now, enjoy this look at Morrowind running on the Skyrim engine and let us know what you think about it.

Does it increase the wish for you to see a PS4 version of Skyrim with support for the Creation Kit so that console owners can enjoy these amazing mods?
