Skyrim Falskaar mod gameplay walkthrough

Last week we told you about an amazing new mod for Skyrim players on PC, effectively adding a massive DLC expansion for free which is arguably better than the likes of Bethesda’s own Dragonborn and Dawnguard official DLC packs. If you haven’t witnessed what the Falskaar mod offers yet, we have a great gameplay walkthrough for you to check out, giving you the perfect preview before deciding whether to install.

If you haven’t explored the inner depths of Skyrim via custom mods, we think the arrival of Falskaar is the perfect excuse to now get started on your epic journey. Fans who have already played the 25-30 hour content are loving every minute of it, and there is now talk that the rewards from 19-year old developer Alexander J. Velicky could even lead to a job at Bethesda as a lead designer – the main aim all along for the creator.

Installing Skyrim mods is no straight forward process though, so you want to at least know what you are getting yourself in for, before taking the time to install all of the plugins needed to get Falskaar to work. The clip we have for you above is part one of a 30 minute Falskaar gameplay walkthrough, brought to courtesy of YouTube user GophersVids.

If you are hungry for more after that, you’ll be pleased to see that there are already a further two more parts to the video, offering even more Falskaar goodness for you to enjoy. Part 4 should be coming soon, but by then you have probably decided that you want in on the action yourself.

Check out some of the gameplay and let us know your impressions of Falskaar. How good is it compared to the official DLC?
