SingStar Mic app live on iOS and Android

The SingStar Mic app is now live on iOS and Android devices. If you plan on downloading the digital version of SingStar on PS4 today (UK), then once the release time arrives you would want to have the application already installed on your iPhone, iPod Touch or Android phone.

Not only will this SingStar app be perfect for your microphone, but you can also use it as a playlist creator. The application is supported by both the PS4 and PS3 systems.

How to connect the SingStar Mic app to your PS4 or PS3? When you first open the app, you will see a number of messages explaining what you need to do. It’s first made clear your “Smart device must have a microphone”, and then the other obvious fact that you need a PlayStation system playing SingStar.

You then need to make sure both your iOS/Android device and the PlayStation system need to be connected on the same WiFi network. If you are having problems connecting your device to the SingStar game, then it could be related to networking issues. After you’ve made a wireless connection it should be plain sailing, which is due to an automatic search and connection taking place.

Have you downloaded the SingStar Mic app yet and if so, has everything worked without problems?
