If you are loving every minute of Sim City 2013 on PC and simply want even more, we have something which may be of interest to you. The latest daily deal on Steam is none other than Sim City 4 Deluxe Edition, which is now selling for an amazing $5 – 75% off from the original price if you can believe that.
Sim City 4 Deluxe Edition was a game that released way back in 2003 originally, but only made its way to Steam in 2010. Now with the latest game out, Valve have decided that they are going to let the Sim City Deluxe Edition go for peanuts and you just have under 12 hours to go to take advantage of the offer before it expires.
The Deluxe Edition combines the main game with the addition of the Rush Hour expansion pack, into one single package. The successful Sim City formula is present as ever in this game and you should have no such problems regarding always-on DRM that threatened to overshadow the launch of Sim City 2013.
Sim City 4 Deluxe Edition was also the free game that EA handed out as a result of those server problems, so you may find no use for this deal if you have already taken advantage of that offer. Still though, $5 is an incredible price and it is yet another example why many PC owners favor Steam over other online stores such as Origin.
The countdown is ongoing as we speak, so you have a good while to think it through before deciding whether or not to spend $5 on it – we say go for it. How many of you have fond memories of Sim City 4 and would like to see EA try again with a sequel to this game? Head to the Steam store here to purchase.
