Sesame Street Fighter vs. Flappy Bert

Having grown up with games like Street Fighter I can certainly see the appeal how a game called Sesame Street Fighter would appeal to old school gamers. However, if you are a fan of the kids TV show and what something a little different, but with a mix of the past and the present, then how about Flappy Burt?

We know what you are thinking, why the hell would you wish to play such a game, but trust us, these free-to-play online games are not only fun, but addictive at the same time.

We’ve been having a bit of trouble trying to play Sesame Street Fighter, although we do know that you will get the choice to play with five Sesame Street characters. These are as follows: the Cookie Monster, Bert, Grover, Oscar, Bert again and Elmo, who take on the persona of E. Honda, Ryu, Dhalsim, Blanka, Ken and M. Bison respectively.

This is not your average game where you have to use a series of buttons to perform moves; instead you have to type out certain words in order to inflict damage.

Okay, so we know this game will become a little tiresome after a while, but is perfect to play if you have a spare few minutes in the day.

If this game is not for you, yet you still need a simple game to fill that Sesame Street void, then you need to give Flappy Bert a go. It’s rather obvious by the title that this game is based on the popular, but now removed Flappy Bird. It’s hard to put a finger on just how many knock-offs there have been, although it’s worth pointing out that Flappy Bird was the ultimate rip-off.
