SEMA 2010: CGS 2011 Chevy Camaro

With just under four months to go until SEMA 2010, we have now started to get details as to what muscle cars will be on show. The first that we know of is the CGS 2011 Chevy Camaro, which is a strange departure for the tuner, as they have long been associated with Ford.

What is the Blue Oval’s loss is GM’s gain, and when you take a look at the 2011 Chevy Camaro you can see why. The custom car will come with a body kit that has a hood a lot like a ZR-1, but it is what’s under the hood that is of most interest to us – a supercharger that pumps things up to 500hp.

Keeping things firmly on the ground are two 22-inch wheels up front and 2 24-inch wheels at the rear, all with Pirelli performance tires. The rear suspension will also see an upgrade – Chris Alston’s Fab 9 system.

Other features include: chrome moldings, custom Pecca leather, Cat-Back Exhaust System and much more. For more details read the press release on Autoblog.
