This hybrid vehicle comes following their previous all electric IBE concept which showcased in the Paris Auto Show last year.
SEAT’s new concept, which they are referring to as a ‘crossover,’ will be a sports style vehicle designed for an active urban sport lifestyle. Its combined internal combustion and electric powered engine will allow it to travel 45km on electric alone.
As reported by EarthTechling it’s a compact car measuring 4.26m x 1.80m x 1.62m. It is set to run front-wheel drive but will also offer a 4WD option in addition to the engine options that will be available from SEAT’s current injection range, either TSI or TDI. Other efficiency technologies will also be integrated into the final design.
As far as the design of the outside of the car goes, it will feature the SEAT logo embedded onto the grill as with its other popular vehicles and its stylish narrow headlamps will use LED technology similar to that of the AUDI design.
