If you have been waiting in anticipation for a rugged, off-road version of the Arona, then we have some news you might want to hear, as information of a SEAT Arona X-Perience has been revealed – although details are still a little sparse at the moment. However, this might require a little patience, because its launch will not happen until some time in late 2017.
In terms of the SEAT Arona X-Perience features, we can look to the Ateca X-Perience for clues; Autocar expects the former will share some of the same features as the latter. Some of these are more than likely to include 18-inch wheels with higher profile tyres, there is also expected to be scratch resistant matte green paint, along with black body cladding to add to the ruggedness.
Other SEAT Arona X-Perience specs to look out for are orange highlights across the exterior, along with the interior, and most important of all, a four-wheel drive system to complete those off-road capabilities.
In terms of the Arona X-Perience, it should be around £1,000 more than its normal sibling – if going on the same basis of the Ateca X-Perience that is. We have yet to get full confirmation of this upcoming model, and so we now wait for SEAT to make some sort of official announcement, and all of the details to go with it.
