Saving Private Ryan Blu-Ray Glitch: How To Get Your Replacement

It seems as though Private Ryan is not the only one that needs saving, as Paramount have requested the recall of around 100,00 copies of their hit war epic ‘Saving Private Ryan’.

The problem arose when customers complained about an audio-sync problem during Chapter 15 of the special edition version of Saving Private Ryan, which climbed to number two on the Blu-ray chart, just behind Avatar.

Avatar also had it’s fair of issues, as it was discovered that some customer machines required a firmware update so they could play the 3D spectacle.

Copies of Saving Private Ryan are to be replaced by Tuesday on retail shelves, but if you have already purchased your copy, you can call (888) 370-8621 to request your replacement.
