While most fans are bracing themselves for the official arrival of Predator in Mortal Kombat X, we can also see that demand elsewhere is growing by the day for NetherRealm to give fans a Sareena DLC MKX release date.
This female warrior features in the story mode of Mortal Kombat X along with many other non-playable characters who make a cameo.
Now fans want to see Sarenna playable in MKX as an official DLC release, perhaps with a Kombat Pack 2 for Mortal Kombat X which will feature the likes of Rain, Sindel, Baraka, Fujin and Smoke.
All of these characters are already in the story mode so in a way you could say that the assets are already there making NetherRealm’s job easier to add them in as official DLC characters.
Players would buy them in a heartbeat and now we can see that a petition to put Sareena in Mortal Kombat X is growing steadily. Whether Ed Boon and the rest of the team follows up on the demand though is another question altogether.
