Samsung Jitterbug J: Handset for Seniors Announced

If you are one of our more ‘mature’ readers you may feel that most of the handsets we talk about are far too complicated then what is required by many, therefore Samsung have designed a new handset, this is called the Samsung Jitterbug J.

The handset was manufactured in partnership with American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women movement, the handset is colored red to signify this.

The handset has been designed to assist users in keeping a healthy lifestyle, it will feature ‘Daily Health Tips’ and the ‘LiveNurse’ service, the rest of the features the handset will offer are very simplistic.

The Jitterbug J will retail at around $147, and Samsung have pledged to donate $500,000 to the AHA based on sales. For further details check out Cnet’s article.
