Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 reviews reassessed

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 was released in the summer and has proved a very popular 7-inch tablet, although as expected has trailed the 2013 Nexus 7. Don’t let that put you off though because this is a pretty decent device that does most of what you ask of it.

Okay, so we know that the Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 lacks in some areas, such as styling and outright performance, but it is a more than capable device, which we have seen over the months with some impressive reviews.

There are several points that make the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 so good, that is the ideal size because there is currently a love affair with 7-inch tablets, a better than average performance, but most importantly a budget price, which will become even more important in the build-up to Christmas.

Having looked at over 40 Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 reviews we have been able to get an idea of what owners think of their purchase several months on, and we have to say, it is a mixed bag.

If we were marking the Tab 3 7.0, then we’d have to give it a 3.5 out of 5 stars, which is just a bit better than average. You might have assumed the score would be better considering its budget price, but there are a few factors that goes against it.

Its biggest selling point is the price, which is what helps to boost those review scores up, and the screen seems to be another positive. The size and it being of a lightweight design is also another positive for owners.

However, its poor build quality, freezing issues, lack of flash and poor performance is what makes this a tablet that was always going to play second fiddle to the Nexus 7.

Prices for the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 vary, but you need to keep an eye throughout the month of November because we know there will be a few opportunities to save a few bucks. Check out more reviews here. If this is too small then maybe you should consider the 10.1-inch version instead.
