All eyes are on Samsung this month at CES 2015, as excited tech fans hope to hear more information on the incoming Samsung Galaxy S6 release date. While we are obviously a long way from that reality, we do have some new Galaxy S6 pictures to show you as it looks like the design may have leaked out.
The Galaxy S5 is still an amazing phone so obviously there is going to be a big pressure on Samsung’s shoulders to deliver a phone that is even better.
Consumers may not even be too concerned about simple hardware upgrades this time around, as the Galaxy S5 is more than capable in terms of hardware performance – certain buyers will need see a big overhaul to convince them to upgrade.
This links in nicely to recent pictures that have been leaked by NowhereElse.fr, a site that is often very reputable when it comes to providing smartphone leaks.
They have shared a series of images which they say is an early look at the Galaxy S6 design, which judging by these pictures could be entirely metal themed.
We see the back casing of the alleged Galaxy S6, with the appropriate slots for the camera and flash components. Obviously we can’t confirm that these are really from the upcoming Galaxy S6, but we certainly welcome Samsung making a bold change to design if the images are verified in the future.
We would love to see a fully metal Galaxy S6 and although some may not like it compared to the Galaxy S5 design we think change is a good thing to keep things fresh in terms of competition on the market.
Hopefully we will get an update regarding the authenticity of these pictures for you soon – i.e, whether they are indeed real or rather a prototype from another Samsung model.
Either way, take a look at the metal design and let us know what you think.
