Samsung Galaxy S3 stock at AT&T within 72 hours

The smartest phone buyers are normally those that pre-order, unless there are long delays that is, and today we know many Samsung Galaxy S3 buyers that have their device in-hand. If you didn’t pre-order and want the Galaxy S3 on AT&T then you’ll be glad to know that AT&T stores will have stock within the next 3 days.

This news follows reports last week that Samsung had admitted problems meeting demand for the Galaxy S3, and were struggling to stock the handset with the amount of units needed thanks to increasingly popularity. It is also worth noting that predictions for 10 million units selling within 2 months of launch look spot on, although these need to get into consumer hands, which has not happened yet.

News about AT&T stores receiving stock has come directly from the official AT&T blog, and you can read the article here. The author states that orders placed online will start shipping over night on July 6, although buyers that enter stores on that day can pick up a handset right away. We have included a video below this post that looks at the main Galaxy S3 specs, so have a watch if you haven’t seen these yet, and if that is true then where have you been?

Will you be heading to an AT&T store this Friday for your Samsung Galaxy S3? If you want to see what can happen to the S3’s Gorilla Glass 2 after a drop, then see our earlier article.
