Samsung Epic 4G, Fascinate, Captivate and Vibrant: Best Buy deals

The Samsung Galaxy S range is now complete — well almost. All four models, the Epic 4G, Fascinate, Capative and Vibrant are now showing online at Best Buy. The Captivate and Vibrant on AT&T and T-Mobile respectively have been on the market for some time now, the Epic 4G on Sprint will be released on August 31st, and the Fascinate for Verizon is expected to begin shipping in September.

Yesterday was the first time that all four Samsung Galaxy smartphones appeared on the Best Buy website, so we thought that we would take a look at what deals they have on offer.

The first handset that appears on the special page is the Samsung Epic 4G on Sprint. I have mentioned on a number of occasions that this looks to be the best of the family for two reasons — slide-out QWERTY keyboard/touchscreen and 4G technology. Best Buy made this handset available for pre-order and will cost $249.99 on a two-year contract. More details.

Next up we have the Samsung Fascinate from Verizon. This became available for pre-order yesterday — although I have visited the Best Buy page today and I do not see any way to order the new Android handset. See for yourself here.

The Samsung Captivate from AT&T comes in black and is the cheapest of the bunch with a price of just $149.99 on a two-year contract. Not sure why it is so cheap, but we all know that the carrier will not lose any sleep if sales are low — they have the iPhone in the U.S. and is set to become the premium carrier for Windows Phone 7. More details on the Best Buy offer.

Finally we have the Samsung Vibrant from T-Mobile, I was shocked when I saw this price – $549.99. However, I did notice the lack of contract details, so I presume that this is a contract free device. More details can be found on Best Buy.

So know we have all four Samsung Galaxy S handsets all in way place, now you have the tough decision. Which of the four will you choose?
