Samsung 7-inch Galaxy Tab 2 price drops at Walmart

Over the past few weeks and months there has been a surge in sales of older and budget tablets. There are various reasons why this is, such as people having less money to spend, but we believe it is because their prices have fallen and so allows consumers who could not afford one before the chance to own a tablet.

We have already covered a few of these older tablets, and it comes as no surprise that there has been a huge amount of interest with the Samsung 7″ Galaxy Tab 2. However, the reason for this is due to the fact that we have seen its price drop on the Walmart website to just $129.

Whenever a popular tablet is reduced by a big retailer it gets a huge amount of interest, just as the Nexus 7 did when some stores were offering a $30 discount. That price drop has now ended, although if you order a Nexus 7 through Google you will get a $25 Google Play Store credit.
