Review of HP Streambook 11-D010WM specs

Not all of us are happy with using a tablet, especially when it comes to taking on certain tasks while on the move, although carrying a large 15-inch laptop around is also not ideal for some of you. The only other solution is to go old-scool and use a notebook, as these offer the best of both worlds, and the HP Streambook 11-D010WM is a fine example of that.

However, the one issue we would warn you of first is the color choices, as they are either blue or pink, so only caters to younger people. The model mentioned above is for Walmart, whereas the HP Stream – 11-d010nr and 11-d020nr are for the blue and pink versions direct from HP.

What makes these notebooks more appealing is the fact they come with 1TB of free could storage, as well as Office 365 and the icing on the cake is the $25 Microsoft Gift Card.

Review of HP Streambook

Review of specs – We go in to this knowing full well this will be no powerhouse, although it is still no slouch and will be able to perform many tasks, just don’t try gaming or power-intensive graphical software programs. The Intel Celeron N2840 processor has a clock speed of 2.16GHz, and with the help of Turbo Boost will increase to 2.58GHz when called upon.

The 2GB of RAM is more than enough for what you will be using this laptop for, and do not worry about the 32GB eMMC Flash hard drive, as you do have the 1TB of Cloud storage when you need it. As for connections, you get just the one USB 3.0 and 1 USB 2.0, as well as HDMI. You will notice that an optical drive is missing from those features, but it’s a non-issue in this day and age.

Battery life is around 7 hours and the measurements are 2.82 lbs, 0.78″ x 11.81″ x 8.1″. That is pretty much it for this model, but if you would like something similar, then we will have a Acer 11.6-inch Chromebook review up very soon.
