We have some good news for Resident Evil fans now, as we have the first proper trailer for Capcom’s newest entry in their Resident Evil franchise. The game is called Operation Raccoon City and it will be out on Xbox 360 ,PS3 and PC this Winter.

Previously, you only had a teaser trailer to get excited about, but Capcom has now released a much more detailed and longer trailer, as part of their Captivate 2011 event, in which they also gave major new details for Street Fighter X Tekken.

As for Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City, we now know more details about the two main teams which will do battle against each other. They are, Umbrella’s USS Delta Team with members Vector, Spectre, Beltway and Bertha going up against US Spec Ops team, with Leon Kennedy on the opposite team this time around.

In the midst of that, players will have to contend with dealing with zombies and also B.O.W’s – Bio Organic Weapons, or big nasty mothers as we like to call them. The third-person gameplay certainly looks like a major shakeup from what we’re used to seeing from previous Resident Evil games.
