Queen Elizabeth Flickr: Addicted to Social Media?

It seems as if the Queen is becoming a bit of a social media addict. After opening YouTube and Twitter accounts, Buckingham Palace has just confirmed that the Queen’s Flickr account has now been opened.

As reported from CNN, Queen Elizabeth’s Flickr account will feature more than 600 photos of her and the royal family, giving eager users to chance to see her and her family’s timeline through the years.

Pictures even go as far back as 1861, which show Queen Victoria and her husband Prince Albert. For those of you who are more interested in the modern era of Queen Elizabeth, you’ll be pleased to know, that there will also be photos of her on some of the royal family’s recent trips, to places like Canada and New York for example.

What are your thoughts on this? How many of you can say that you have a YouTube, Twitter and Flickr account active at the same time? Well the Queen does!
