QuakeCon 2014 dates revives new Bethesda game hopes

The dates for the QuakeCon 2014 are now official and you will notice that the event has been brought forward by a couple of weeks. The new QuakeCon 2014 dates are July 17-20 and will be held at the same venue as last year, Hilton Anatole hotel, Dallas, Texas.

The gaming event will be held over four days and just like last year gamers will be able to play current Bethesda titles, as well as new Bethesda games — well that’s the hops. Last year the developer brought new Dishonored downloadable content to the event, giving gamers a taste of what was to come.

It’s for this very reason why gamers have started to get excited about the prospect of a new Bethesda game showing up at QuakeCon 2014. The next game from Bethesda is expected to be Fallout 4, as this title has been getting a great deal of attention of late.

The developer has already teased us an image of the next game from the Fallout franchise, but since then they have been very quiet, although they have made a few noises just to say we should never read too much into rumors.

Can you see Bethesda bringing a new game to QuakeCon 2014, or will they use this as a platform just to market Elder Scrolls Online?
