PSG loans Zlatan to Nike Football app

With all of the transfer news surrounding the likes of Real Madrid, Liverpool FC and Bayern Munich, we haven’t seen much activity surrounding PSG and their star player Zlatan Ibrahimovic. It seems that the biggest talking point right now about the player is when is he going to feature in the next Nike Football app advertisement.

If you have been following the player, you’ll know his face is now appearing all over YouTube and all over TV due to Nike’s somewhat endless barrage of viral Zlatan videos which offer users the chance to gain ‘Zlatan’s knowledge’ and tips by downloading the app.

The app itself is actually very well made. Nike Football for Android and iPhone offers not only insight on players like Zlatan, but also on Nike products such as the latest football boots allowing football fans to instantly buy the same products that their favorite players are wearing there and then.

Some speculative reports are suggesting that Zlatan may be off to another club this season, but for the moment it it seems that Nike is completely in control with where the player is going – at this point it is within the Nike Football app and nowhere else.

What do you say to the constant Zlatan videos that keep appearing online on your social wall – do you enjoy everyone of them, or do you agree with some who say that they are starting to get annoying?

One question that we really want to know – why has Nike given Zlatan Ibrahimovic a Russian accent? Check out a few videos to refresh your memory and let us know what you think.
