PS4 Vs. Xbox One review lacks depth, won’t influence decision

Ever since we first learned that Sony and Microsoft were to build next-gen game consoles, we could not wait to see them go head-to-head in a review showdown. While we have yet to see this happen because the PS4 and Xbox One has yet to be released, we have seen plenty of people compare their specs and features.

However, there is a PS4 Vs. Xbox One review and both consoles have achieve impressive review scores. Before you get too excited, these reviews lack depth, and so will not do much to influence your decision, although no review will do that for many of you because a huge percentage of gamers would have already made their mind up by now.

Having said that, there are still those of you who are sitting on the fence, and so you will have to wait until we get to see some real-world PlayStation 4 and Xbox One reviews land, these could be in text or video.

Which scored best the PS4 or Xbox One? Having looked at every part of both next generation consoles, GQ found the latter to be the better, and so has scored it an 8 out of 10, with the PlayStation 4 scoring 7 out of 10.

There are several reasons for the PS4 getting a lower score, with two of them being a cheaper looking design and lack of killer launch titles.

We are almost certain that most gamers will not take any notice of what GQ says, as they would rather see PS4 Vs. Xbox One reviews from the likes of IGN, Computer Video Games etc, as they will have more in-depth tests to put these consoles through.

What we do find strange is how many previews of these two next generation consoles have suggested Sony’s console the more popular of the two, although not all gamers would agree with those assumptions.
