PS3 Update 3.30: Trophy sorting system – Do you like it?

As most of you will be aware by now, Sony has issued a firmware update to the Playstation 3 console, adding future support for 3D gaming features, along with a significant update to the trophy system.

As taken from the EU PS Blog, PS3 owners are now able to sort groups of trophies together in both the ‘trophy collection’ and ‘comparing trophies’ sections.

While its safe to say that a fair amount of you will see this as another pointless update by Sony, regular users of PS3 trophies should be pleased with the update.

Update 3.30 will also allow you to list your trophies by date, titles and groups, while you can also sort your trophies in the friends list when comparing with someone else.

What are your thoughts on the new features? Do you like the new system or not? Full details over at the Blog.
