PS Vita Mega Pack needs US release as well

If the idea of PS4 remote play sharing with the PS Vita across all games is very appealing to you, you may be on the lookout for some of the best PS Vita hardware bundles right now to prepare you for the launch of the PS4. Sony has a very attractive software offer right now for everyone in Europe, but so far we’re a little disappointed to see no such deal appear for US consumers.

If you have yet to buy a PS Vita but are definitely planning to in the coming months, you’ll be very interested to hear about Sony’s new Mega Pack in select European countries. For the bargain price of £34.99, you’ll get a selection of 10 digital games to download from the PS Store, as well as a 8GB memory card thrown in on top as well.

Some of the games included are LittleBigPlanet, MotorStorm RC and WipEout 2048 – with LittleBigPlanet costing £30 on the PSN store alone, so this is a great deal. Sony has also confirmed on their Blog that all of the 10 games included will fit on the 8GB card, so you won’t have to worry about installing some games at a time.

The PS Vita Mega Pack has been given a UK release date of June 28. As far as we’re aware, there has been no similar news of a Mega Pack for US consumers. It would be surprising to us if this remains exclusive to EU, since that rarely happens, but we’ll have to wait and see.

We know a lot of you are very interested in getting a PS Vita now due to Sony’s new PS4 remote play promises across all games. This Mega Pack sounds like a great little incentive to get new PS Vita owners off and running.

Are you interested in buying this in the US, should it become available? We’ll keep you updated.
