PS Plus December 2014 update confirms AAA game

We have some great news to deliver to PS Plus members on PS4 now. Sony has finally gone live with the October update but more importantly, they have also confirmed the PS Plus December 2014 update games on PS4 as well – one month ahead of schedule.

This is perhaps to make up for the fact that they were late in communicating the October update to gamers and we have a feeling that gamers will forgive Sony. We now have the confirmation that the December update is going to bring the first AAA game to PS Plus since launch.

That game is going to be Injustice: Gods Among Us, the DC comics fighting game from NetherRealm Studios – aka the developers of Mortal Kombat. Even better, we can also confirm that this will be the Ultimate Edition of Injustice meaning that it will come with all previously released DLC.

Joining Injustice Gods Among Us will be Secret Ponchos – a humorous online shooter that is going to be a console exclusive on PS4. There has been high expectations of Secret Ponchos during development and it could end up being one of the best indie titles to arrive on PS Plus this December.

After all of the AAA debate and criticisms that Sony has received these last few months though, it’s great to see them deliver with Injustice. We don’t think there can be any complaints about this – Sony has also mentioned that they will be adding Driveclub PS Plus Edition to the lineup as soon as it is ready.

Are you now very happy with Sony after seeing a AAA title on the way at last?
