We have some really good news now for those of you that have previously downloaded the hugely popular Pro Evolution Soccer 2011 (PES 2011) game for their iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad, as we’ve just learned that the iOS app has recently received an update.

Not only has the updated version (1.3.0) fixed several minor bugs and brought a few tweaks and improvements to the game, but it’s also provided new features. For example, the updated app includes a new multiplayer mode, which enables players to challenge their friends.

As noted over on the website, the AI has also been improved, giving users even more control over play. The PES 2011 game features a lot of the best European club teams in both the officially licensed UEFA Champions League and the UEFA Europa League.

If players win both competitions, they will be able to participate in the UEFA Super Cup Final. Version 1.3.0 also brings leaderboards and achievements, giving players the opportunity to compete with their friends and prove who the best Pro Evolution Soccer 2011 player is.

Other new features include shirt selection in multiplayer mode and the updated squads and winter transfers. Do you already own the PES 2011 game for your iOS device?
