Portal 2: Release Date delay for Xbox 360 and PC

Some disappointing news for Xbox 360 and PC owners, as we can confirm that Valve’s highly antipated sequel to Portal has been delayed until sometime in 2011.

As reported from VG247, the game was expected to release during the holiday period on Xbox 360 and PC, but Valve has now stated that the game is being pushed back a bit.

No specific reason for the delay, although Valve felt the need to mention that ‘making games is hard’. An email sent by Aperture Science confirmed the delay but added that Portal 2 will be even better than the first.

At least they have gotten it out of the way before E3 – when the game is due another showing. Let us know your thoughts on the delay. Are you upset or not?
