Pokemon X and Y final evolutions get closer with early copy

We are just days away from the official release date for Pokemon X and Y, but almost with a sniff of inevitability, we can tell you that some gamers have been lucky enough to get hold of early copies – almost two weeks before launch.

As a result, spoilers have been appearing online simultaneously and it is now a great chance for fans to get an early heads-up on Pokemon X and Y news as long as they don’t mind hearing information that could potentially ruin the surprise element when they start playing the game themselves on October 12.

One such user who has obtained an early copy of the game is KostheDin and he has wasted no time whatsoever in detailing his early adventures with the game so far. It goes without saying that this is major spoiler time, so do not visit this Instagram link if you don’t want to ruin the surprise for yourself.

With that said and done, we can tell you that this particular trainer chose Chespin as his starter Pokemon, while there is also an image through the link showing Chespin’s first evolution to Quilladin – also entry #002 on the Pokemon X and Y Pokedex for those that are interested.

There’s also confirmation that the original starter Pokemon from Kalos are available, as we have seen a screenshot of Squirtle being chosen, but it’s great to see Bulbasaur and Charmander on the Pokemon X and Y game cards as well.

We bet the excitement is starting to get unbearable..

Fortunately we haven’t seen an image of the final starter evolutions, which is what everyone obviously wants to see. It’s a difficult decision on choosing Chespin, Fennekin or Froakie at the start, but it may make the decision a lot easier if a preview of the final evolutions are available before release.

Having said that, it looks like the images on Instagram are being uploaded by the hour, so if you really want to see the final evolution of Chespin, there’s a good chance that a preview will become available as the player progresses through the game.

Are you tempted to look at this link above, or will you resist and wait until October 12? Don’t forget to check out this elusive new badger Pokemon here.
