Pokemon X and Y events requested from fans

Are you still addicted to Pokemon X and Y since launch, or are you now thinking that the game could do with some new post-release content? We know that Pokemon X and Y DLC won’t be coming to the game, but Game Freak will add new Pokemon and other items in the game with future events.

Recently, consumers in the US had a semi-event to enjoy thanks to retailer Walmart. By picking up a copy of the game from Walmart, players were able to obtain serial codes to get a special version of either Garchomp or Scizor.

Unfortunately though, this was a US only deal meaning that everyone else got nothing. It has been three months since release and now we’re looking at Game Freak and wondering to see if they have any other Pokemon X and Y events planned for Christmas that everyone can enjoy.

We still haven’t heard about the three secret Pokemon that were leaked as Volcanion, Dianie and Hoopa. They were found to be part of the main Pokedex, so most players assume that they will arrive in the game in a future event.

There’s also the opportunity for Game Freak to add more mega evolutions in the game, which will also mean finding some more mega stones which is exciting.

We all know that these events are coming, but do you think the time is right for Game Freak to release one now after three months?

If you have been playing the game since release, let us know what new content you want to see. Are you patiently waiting to see news on Volcanion above anything else?
