PlayStation VR UK stock crisis at GAME, Argos, Amazon

We know that many of you are frantically looking for a PlayStation VR stock update in the UK from GAME, Argos and Amazon – three key retailers which you would expect stock to be available in the build up to Christmas.

Unfortunately though, it looks like you are going to face a mighty struggle getting hold of units as they appear to be in very short supply across many of UK’s popular retailers.

We’ve set up this page so we can help to locate PlayStation VR stock whenever shops refresh their inventory at the start of each week.

PlayStation VR stock at GAME UK today: At the moment you can pre-order the VR for £349.99, but there is no set date other than ‘TBC’ for when GAME UK will have PlayStation Stock back in. We also note that GAME are charging users £5 to test the PlayStation VR for 10 minutes.

Argos: At the time of writing, Argos currently has no stock of the PlayStation VR either. We can see that many shoppers are trying to buy the device at all times of the day but unfortunately Argos has not updated their listing with fresh stock to buy and the postcode checker shows stock dry at most stores across the UK.

PlayStation VR stock update at Amazon: Once again, Amazon do not have the PlayStation VR in stock and the bad news is that it looks like you won’t be able to get an order in and have it delivered by the end of 2016. The seller appears to be completely backlogged and you may not be able to buy the device until early 2017.

Once PS VR stock is back at the above retailers, we will update this article and let you know as soon as possible so keep checking back.

The only alternative that we can see right now if you want one before Christmas is to head to Ebay. Inevitably though, sellers are taking advantage of the situation and selling the VR at a significantly higher price than £349.99.

Are you trying to get hold of stock? Let us know how you get on and leave us a comment in the discussion section if you have managed to buy one.
