Playmobil Ice Cream Truck Review

We have had a lot of fun playing with this toy since writing the review a few months ago, also we’ve updated this article with new details of where to buy since some places stopped selling it.

If your kids love role playing toys and going to the ice cream van/truck, then this Playmobil Ice Cream Truck might be the perfect gift! It will have them role playing for hours, or even with friends taking turns with who serves the ice cream and drives the truck.

Inside this set, you’ll find three Playmobil figures and plenty of role-play accessories. For added fun, you can open and close the awning and doors on the back.

What’s in the Box

There’s lots of little items inside the box, as you an see in the above photo once unpacked. You’ll find: 3 x Playmobil figures, 1 x Ice Cream Truck, 1 x Blender, 4 x Spoon, 1 x Container, 2 x Ice Cream Scoop, 1 x Outdoor Table, 4 x Cup Ice Cream, 2 x Dispenser Pots, 2 x Ice Cream Cones, and 2 x Empty Cones.

The photo above shows you the Ice Cream Truck, as it comes out-of-the-box, before you start adding the wheels and other parts. The Truck can be furnished with all necessary equipment, including a blender and sink!

Playmobil Ice Cream Truck Instructions

You can see a quick look at the included instructions above, which show you how to put together the Playmobil Ice Cream Truck. Like you see with LEGO and other construction toys, it can be time consuming, but this Playmobil set went together pretty easy.

Included Figures

These are the three Playmobil figures included, so the ice cream man can serve a sweet treat from the Playmobil Ice Cream Truck. The other figures can step up to the truck window to order different scoops in either a glass or cone!

After all is done, it’s time to close up shop and this is done by lowering the awning and driving off home, or to a new location, so many ways for kids to have fun.

Where To Buy In March 2019

Previously, you could get this from Tesco Direct although online started focusing more on groceries, although there’s still some toys online at Tesco. We have also noticed Amazon UK selling the Play Mobil Ice Cream truck reduced.
