Philips D908: A First Look

Philips have recently announced that they will soon be releasing a new handset in China sometime soon, this handset is called the Philips D908, it seems unlikely that this handset will be seen in the Western hemisphere.

The handset’s specifications are above average, however nothing amazing, most impressive is the handsets 5 megapixel camera, its 3.2 inch WVGA touchscreen display and its 1GB of RAM.

The handset also features WiFi and GPS connectivity along with a 2GB ROM and a microSD memory card slot.

The handset will run Windows Mobile 6.5 and will have connectivity for GSM and CDMA/EV-DO networks.

We do not yet know a definite release date for the handset, nor do we know details regarding pricing, however as we find out more we will keep you informed. Check out IntoMobile for further information.
