Philips 43PUT4900 4K TV reviews for Argos

Argos has an ongoing sale right now for Easter with the Argos Big Red event that consumers are enjoying. One particular highlight that we have seen and wanted to share is the Philips 43PUT4900 43 Inch 4K Ultra HD Freeview HD TV, which is now available with a large discount.

4K TVs are now gaining popularity in the UK, with broadcasters now ready to roll out 4K subscription services that will require higher resolution models as opposed to the 1080p TV that most of you now currently own.

Now you have the chance to buy this Philips model from Argos for just £295. The page initially lists a £399 price, but after an instant £104 discount it brings it down to £295.

For a 4K-capable TV, that is an amazing price and don’t forget you should also be able to combine it with one of these Argos voucher codes for an even greater discount.

A quick summary of Philips 43PUT4900 specs: It offers a 43-inch display with a 3840 x 2160 resolution, dual core processor, 400 Hz Perfect Motion Rate and media support for multiple file formats.

However it does not appear to offer Smart TV functionality, according to Philip’s official tech spec page. You can read some Philips 43PUT4900 reviews at the same link to see what other buyers have thought about the model.

For £295 though, can you go wrong? Give us your thoughts on this Philips model below – Will you buy one?
