Personal Assistant: Cluzee the Siri for Android devices

When Apple launched the latest iPhone one big new feature was the new Siri personal assistant. This has got many apple fans excited and hoping the company will eventually release it for other iPhone handsets. Today we can tell you about a personal assistant app called Cluzee, which promises to be the Siri for Android devices.

It should be expected that it wouldn’t take long before other companies would bring out their own take on the Siri feature. A new application has landed on the Android Market today that is being promoted as your intelligent personal assistant. This will offer users of the Android platform a service similar to Siri, and according to BGR can even beat it in some cases.

Tronton who are responsible for the app have also launched a promotional video that you can see below. Users can ask “what does my schedule look like today?”, and then get a rundown of their schedule spoken to them. The app can also get information from the web by giving users directions to make sure they get to an appointment on time by avoiding traffic black spots.

The personal assistant can also find the best deals that fall into the users buying habits, as well as read SMS and email messages aloud. Cluzee can also research flights and hotels and find restaurants based on what the user likes. Cluzee is available now with the company looking to release a cloud based service in the future that can be used on any internet connected device.

Currently it is not as wide ranging as Siri but it has great potential for future versions, and even better it’s free from the Android Market.
