When it comes to digital cameras top of Panasonic’s list of priorities has to be its new Micro Four Thirds tech, but that does not mean to say that it has forgot about the range that is the consumer electronics giant’s bread and butter. So here we have the new Panasonic Lumix LX, which they have now provided some pictures and full spec sheets for.
Do not expect anything groundbreaking from this range, though the DMC-LX5 does have a few improvements over the LX3. This 10.1-megapixel camera with its 3.8x optical zoom has been upgraded in almost all areas, such as its 12,800 ISO mixed-pixel sensitivity.
Recording videos is a dream thanks to AVCHD Lite 720p mode, and the 1250mAh battery now makes it possible to record even longer. The new LX range offers SDXC card support, so will offer a faster response.
Other features include a 3-inch LCD display and an HDMI out for watching on your TV or computer with the better quality connection. The new range certainly has a lot to offer
