OscilloScoop 1.0: Become your own DJ with an iPhone app

Show off you musical skills with a new iPhone application known as OscilloScoop 1.0. Become your own professional DJ with this entertaining app available for the iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch.

OscilloScoop is an easy to use app that contains allsorts of techno, dance, hip-hop, and trackselectronica music for you to enjoy. A report by Scott Snibbe Studio, Inc lets us know about designer Lukas Girling and his work with musicians Max Mathews and Laurie Anderson to help make this app.

The idea works by sliding, tapping and stretching your fingers across the screen to create sounds. Move your spinning crowns to make continuous music. OscilloScoop 1.0 will gain you access to the same functions used by DJs and professionals making it seem less like composing and more like dancing.

This fun DJ app contains a constant tone melody using 16-32 beat quantizing, a choice of loop over beats in, electro, hip-hop, house, and techno. The tempo control has 60-140 beats a minute with an option of buying more in-app beats sets. Preset OscilloScoop for saving and performing live or use the fine grain editing for landscape viewing.

Even if you do not have a musical bone in your body, OscilloScoop can help you to become a DJ with this easy to use app. For more information, visit the Apple Store.
