Oscar Wilde Google Doodle: Dorian Gray Logo on Homepage

As most of you will already know, Google has once again removed their traditional search logo in favor of a more interesting one to celebrate certain current or past events that have happened in society.

Depending on where you live, you may already see Ocsar Wilde as the new Google Doodle. For those of you who didn’t know, he is considered to be one of the greatest writers, poets and playwrights in modern history.

Today would of been his 156th Birthday, and to celebrate, Google has featured one of his best novels for today’s homepage logo. The novel is called ‘The Picture of Dorian Gray’, some of you may already have read it.

He is also famous for ‘The Importance of being Earnest’, and ‘The Happy Prince’. For those of you who already have some knowledge of this writer, what are your thoughts on his life?
