There is an option of three different practices, difficulty levels and durations. Maintain your practice and choose between three and a total of 27 different sessions. With over 145 beautifully illustrated pose images with correct posture and positioning containing detailed voice and visual instruction to guide you through every pose and breathing.

Capital Yoga by Capital Yoga Publishing Corp is a free application available at the App Store. This app is built by Jamine Ackert a local yoga teacher and Capital Yoga Publishing. Follow Jamine’s helpful voice instructions and learn yoga poses from a master yoga teacher. All poses are described with audio, text and images. In addition to her classes, with an Internet connection you can also follow Jamine’s spiritual guidance in her day-to-day living.

CorePower Yoga by CorePower Yoga is another free application available at the App Store. Using this app, you can choose a studio and see the day’s yoga class schedule. View the type of class, time and instructor. With this ability, you can check schedules and not have to miss a class. Use Facebook and Twitter status for sharing the class you are going to with all your friends.
