NVIDIA Shield PC streaming requirements explained

Two videos we have for our readers today will deliver a lot more insight into NVIDIA Shield and the PC streaming requirements. The first video above this article demos the NVIDIA Shield streaming some PC games that include Bioshock Infinite and Skyrim.

The video runs for under 10 minutes but provides a good look at gameplay performance when sending games from a desktop PC to the NVIDIA Shield handheld.

We have also included a second video below this article that runs for a lot longer, just over an hour and 17 minutes, and this video features the NVIDIA Shield live questions and answers session on Twitch Rebroadcast. As you would expect from a live Q&A running that long, you will gain a lot of answers to questions you might have about NVIDIA Shield and even PC streaming.

Take a look at both videos, the first is recommended for those of you with limited time, then let us know what your current desktop gaming setup is and if you think it will work good with NVIDIA Shield? If so, are you planning to purchase the gaming handheld anytime soon?

It is worth noting that the PC streaming option is still in beta and only supports certain games. You can see a list of those featured games on the official website. In a nutshell, they include Skyrim, Resident Evil 6, METRO: LAST LIGHT, Dishonored, Borderlands 2 and Batman: Arkham City.
