Nvidia GeForce GTX 460: Cheapest DirectX11 Price

We have some great news for gamers now, it looks like Nvidia has sweetened a deal for you with their GeForce GTX 460 card. They have announced pricing of the card, meaning that it is one of the cheapest DirectX11 cards on the market.

As reported from VG247, the card will focus specifically on delivering “monster tessellation performance” according to Nvidia. We told you a bit about the GTX 460 here, but now we have some more details for you.

Priced at just $199, the GTX 460 768MB, is available to buy now and comes with a 192-bit memory interface. There is also a slightly more expensive model available for $229. That will get you a 1GB version with a 256-bit memory interface.

If you are looking to play the latest games with no problems, then you’ll definitely need a DirectX11 card. $199 is a pretty reasonable price we reckon.

What? even 5450 has DX11 support and that's priced at like 50 bucks. Regardless, this card is a really good buy, it probably is the biggest bang for your buck at the market right now. Cheapest NVIDIA DX11 it probably is though.
