NuVision TM101A540N 10.1-inch Tablet review mystery

We wanted to share some information on one new tablet from NuVision which will be available this month for a low price. This is the NuVision TM101A540N 10.1-inch HD Android Tablet, but right now this tablet appears to be something of a complete mystery with hardly any information available on it.

Office Max has just released their Weekly Ad on their website and we now now that this tablet will be available towards the end of the month.

So far we know that the NuVision TM101A540N specs will include a 10.1-inch HD screen with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels, along with 16GB of internal storage and Android 5.0 Lollipop running out of the box.

Unfortunately, that is where the official information ends. Bizarrely, you need to be aware that NuVision themselves do not list model anywhere on their official website as you can see from our screenshot below.

This tells us that the NuVision TM101A540N is a brand new tablet fresh out of the factory and is being saved solely for the upcoming sales period.

If we are to assume that the new tablet will include similar specs as NuVision’s other two 10.1-inch tablets, the TM101A530L and the TM101A550L – then we could also see the likes of dual rear and front 2MP cameras, Bluetooth support and WiFi.

One crucial piece of information that is missing is the processor too. It is not listed anywhere online yet, but again if we follow what we have seen in other 10.1 NuVision tablets then this one could be running on a quad-core Intel Atom processor with 1GB of RAM – we will confirm this for you in due course.

Do you find it strange that this model is completely missing from the manufacturer’s website? If so, does that spell early warning signs for you given that there are also no NuVision TM101A540N tablet reviews online?

Let us know if you have also been looking for information on this tablet and what your thoughts are on the features listed so far.
