Nook HD and Plus price drop in UK

The Apple iPad mini might be one of the most popular tablets right now, but if you want a cheaper option with great features then you should see the NOOK HD and HD Plus. Not only have these tablets been cheaper for a while, but within the last few days both the Nook HD and Plus have received a price drop in the UK.

Barnes & Noble aimed to increase sales by cutting the Nook HD tablet prices previously, although this action didn’t have the result they wanted, so today you can pickup Nook HD tablets starting at just £79. This is a £20 price cut from the original UK cost.

This is an amazing price considering the reading ability and entertainment functions found on Nook HD alone. You can learn more about the specs and features on the official UK website.

If you want to learn more from a hands-on perspective in a real world test, then take a look at the video we embedded below that gives the Barnes & Noble NOOK HD a full review at almost 10 minutes long.

In our opinion, this price cut couldn’t have been delivered at a better time with Back to School promotions and leading up to the busy shopping season towards Christmas sales.

Will you be picking up the Nook HD or HD+ at the new low price? It really doesn’t get much cheaper than this.
