Nokia N87: Rumored Specs, AMOLED Display, 12MP Camera and More

Back in early December we reported that the upcoming Nokia N87 smartphone would possibly feature a capacitive touchscreen, more details regarding this handset are now beginning to leak.

If these leaked details turn out to be accurate we should see the Nokia N87 feature a 3.7 inch AMOLED capacitive touchscreen display along with a 600MHz ARM Cortex 8 processor.

Another impressive revelation is that it may feature a 12 megapixel autofocus camera, this camera will feature Carl Zeiss optics along with a Xenon flash and night-view mode.

Other specification rumors include WiFi connectivity, A-GPS, the choice between 16GB/32GB of storage, 256MB of RAM and possibly an OpenGL compliant GPU. One disappointment for me is that it will apparently run the Symbian OS (which in my opinion is in desperate need of a revamp).
