Comparison videos are a great way to get a visual impression of different models and their features and today we are looking at the Nokia Lumia 925 camera versus the Samsung Galaxy S4. With varied features the Galaxy S4 has a 5 inch screen with 1080p resolution, while the Lumia 925 has a 4.5 inch screen with 720p HD resolution.
These are just a few differences as far as specs are concerned, as the S4 phone contains a 13 MP camera and 2GB RAM, where the Lumia 925 has an 8.7 Megapixel PureView camera with six Carl Zeiss lenses and 1GB RAM.
To get further insight into how this is perceived we have embedded a video below this article that allows potential customers to see what is on offer and which one is regarded as better. The video by SuperSaf TV lasts around 7 minutes and shows both products using the camera feature to capture the same images in different environments, such as photos taken in low light, indoors and outside with the flash on and off.
As the presenter demonstrates the front and rear facing cameras he also gives us the impression both devices have positives and negatives depending on the environment the pictures are taken in, although we get the impression the presenter feels the S4 camera is better throughout the various images.
While we understand people have their own personal preferences, from what we can make from the video, the Lumina camera is much better in low light, while the S4 does bring out the colours, and the S4 front facing camera is regarded as superior compared to the Lumia 925.
This brings us to our recent post focusing on the Nokia Lumia 925 first look in the UK, as this discusses the 127 Hours movie styled video showing a man with gloves on being trapped under a cupboard with one hand free to use a phone.
In this we are informed that the Lumia 925 has the kind of touchscreen sensitivity that allows users to activate and work this phone without having to remove gloves, which is ideal for those of you who wear them during the winter months.
In regards to the comparison video, which device do you prefer the camera features on?
