The Nokia Lumia onslaught is showing no sign of slowing down and this week we have the first details on yet another notable device in the Lumia family that will be arriving on the market soon. The Nokia Lumia 625 is just hours away from an official announcement by the Finnish manufacturer, but we already have the key specifications and first picture to share with you.
As expected, the Lumia 625 is going to be another device that will run on the Windows Phone 8 operating system. Like the upcoming Motorola Moto X, it looks like the Lumia 625 is going to have a big emphasis on consumer customization, with Nokia offering users a choice of five interchangeable colors to snap on to the device.
Thanks to this Finnish website, we now have the specs to bring you and can confirm that the Nokia Lumia 625 will sport a generous 4.7-inch LCD-based display that features a resolution of 800×480 pixels. On top of that, the device will support a 1.2 GHz dual-core Krait processor, a 2,000mAh battery, a 5 megapixel rear camera and 8GB internal storage with support for MicroSD cards.
One immediate disappointment that we can see though, is that the Lumia 625 will only come with 512MB of RAM, which may become a major issue for some consumers. LTE support as well as HSPA+ connectivity is included though, so the device is still likely to attract a certain amount of followers.
