Nokia and Skype: Full release for Ovi Store and Symbian handsets

We have some great news for those of you with Nokia Symbian handsets, as Skype and Nokia have jointly announced the release of a free Skype app in the Ovi store.

As reported from Reuters, it now means that the popular Skype features are now available on more than 200 million smartphones around the world.

Skype for Symbian handsets will allow you to make free Skype calls to friends over a WiFi or 3G connection. In addition to this, you’ll also be able to send instant messages and share individual files such as audio or video content too.
